CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
As Construction Managers , we act on behalf of the owner in the role of agent. The Owner contracts directly with Trades & Suppliers. We work with the Owner and Consultants as part of the overall team from design development , pre-construction , through to construction and completion of the project. During construction we act as the Owners adviser and provide on-site management.

GENERAL CONTRACTING
As General Contractors , the Owner provides a scope of work , Construction documents, to allow us to provide a cost estimate and full Construction Management activities.
Upon acceptance of the contract , the project is administered under the terms and conditions of the contract.
